Letter From the Chairman 28th October

Posted by Alasdhair Lochrane on 30 October 2017

Dear Friends and Members,

Another momentous Saturday for two reasons. The 1st XV retained their League Leaders position with a hard fought but well deserved win away at Hendon 22-28. At home the Development XV played Grasshoppers with a convincing 103 – 7 result, their fourth win in four games. The Development XV contained several former Junior players including James Dooling (Capt.) plus Liam (left) and Connor Murphy as shown with their proud parents.

Looking ahead, next Saturday the 1st XV play London Welsh who are second in the League. The Welsh bring a large supporters crowd so if you are free next Saturday, we’d love to have your touchline support to help the 1st XV play their best. Members, friends, Mini/Jnr. Coaches and our young Mini/Jnr. players are all very welcome.

The Picquets XV are at home next Saturday. They are trying to bring forward their KO time in order to watch the 1st XV second half.
