At the Bank of England Rugby Club we are always looking for new players however much or little experience you have. The club operates three Senior teams playing regularly throughout the season at differnet levels (see 'Meet the teams' for more information). After two successful season, including a promotions for 1st and 2nd team, we are now actively looking for new players to join and grow our club. We are now running three teams and always welcome new players so please do come along and join in pre-season’. We are always on the look out for new players, members and volunteers who do an amazing job in keeping our club running. So if you or your son or daughter are interested in taking part, or in volunteering (for example managing, officiating, directing, coaching, making the tea!) then please complete the short form below.
A member of our team will then contact you to give you all the details you require to get started.
If you are enquiring on behalf of your child, please use the child's name and date of birth on the form rather than your own.
If you, or a child for whom you hold parental responsibility, goes on to take out membership of the Club then we will use the personal data provided by you about you (and, if applicable, your child) for the purposes of administering our player registration system and for the purposes of administering your (or your child's) participation in rugby.
We will share this data with the RFU who will also use the data for the purposes of administering their player registration system and your (or your child's) participation in rugby in accordance with their Registration of Players Regulations and Operating Procedures.
If you (or your child) participates in tournaments or festivals we will share your (or your child's) full name and RFU ID number with the organisers of that festival. We may also share your child's date of birth with the organisers. We will not share any other personal information with festival organisers. You can avoid having your (or your child's) name shared with festival organisers by opting out of participation in festivals.
We will not share your personal information with any other third parties.
We will delete your (and, if applicable, your child's) data from our systems promptly once we are notified that you have (or your child has) ceased to be a member of the Club.
When you take out membership of the Club for yourself or for a child for whom you hold parental responsibility, you will be deemed to have agreed to all of the Club's policies in force as of the date of your application/renewal, so we encourage you to read them carefully and ask if anything is unclear.
